The Fragrance Group acquired the site in 2024 alongside their Mercure and Ibis Styles hotels, which have reinvigorated Paignton’s seafront.
The proposals for Paignton Pavilion include a banqueting and event space, lounge bar and associated car parking and Fragrance hopes this new facility will strengthen and complement the Torbay’s tourism and hospitality offer.
